The Great Escape, Ausable Chasm, Fort Ticonderoga, Adirondack Museum, Lake Placid Olympic Center, Natural Stone Bridges and Caves... all located within 60 miles.

Lake trout, pike, pickeral, salmon, large and small mouth bass, rainbow trout, perch and other pan fish inhabit Schroon Lake. Fishing licenses and information are available at the town clerk's office and local sport stores and bait shops.

Free dock space for boats up to 20', when available. If no dock space is available, it will be necessary for you to moor your boat. Only one boat per unit, please. You must arrange in advance (when making your reservation) if you plan to bring a boat. However, it is not possible to reserve dock space.

We realize that there are those who like to share your vacation spot. However, our facilities are limited to the use of our paying guests. Visitors must register at the office and according to state regulation, may not use beach facilities.
