Additional persons - $40 per week / $10 per day. A 7.75% sales tax and 3% accomodation tax will be applied to weekly and daily charge.
Check-in: 3 p.m. (in-season). Check-out: 11 a.m. Sunday-Friday; 10:30 a.m. Saturday. Friday night arrivals may be able to be arranged at the beginning of the summer season. Weekly reservations may be extended over Labor Day weekend at prorated rates.

During the season, rentals in 7& 8 are Saturday to Saturday. Off-season reservations are flexible and do not have to be full weekly rentals.
25% deposit required for all weekly reservations. First day of reservation for less than a week. Absolutely no refunds. No credit cards accepted. Balance due upon arrival.

| Due to the fact that several properties have been sold, parking is somewhat limited. Therefore, there will no longer be room to leave boats on trailers in parking areas. Empty trailers must be placed in designated areas. Please check in the office. There is a limit of one boat per unit. |

PET POLICY: Additional charge of $40 per week or $10 per day per pet. Please notify at time of reservation if you plan to bring a pet. Pets must be leashed and must not be left unattended in the unit. Owners must clean up after the pet. PLEASE WALK YOUR PET OFF THE PROPERTY. Only with the cooperation of ALL PET OWNERS will the facility continue to accept pets. SORRY, NO PETS IN #1 or #2. |
